Description:
A milk-claw / milk claw for collecting milk sucked from goat's or sheep teats through teat cup liners and sending it to a vacuum milking machine.

The HL-M10 milk claw, suitable for goats and sheep milking, is made of high impact resistant materials and has a rounded smooth half-barrel shape. It is an individual milking clawpiece incorporating a shut-off mechanism which automatically controls the vacuum supply to each liner during both milking and washing. As soon as the teat enters the liner, the valves on the HL-M10 automatically open. Then, when the teat is removed at the end of milking, rapid air intake creates a vacuum in the valve which automatically closes it. When washing, a small lever must be pushed down in order to prevent the valve from closing due to water turbulence.

Automatic operation gives a range of benefits:
- Less work for the operator during milking and washing.

- Ability to isolate an unhealthy teat during milking.

- Easy to inspect for cleaning and maintenance.

- Less vacuum fluctuation when liners are fitted and removed, thus avoiding vacuum drop or intake of dirt.
